Richlen Management Group was founded by Jacqueline Byrd, a commercial real estate executive with more than 30 years of experience across asset management, property operations, portfolio oversight, and real estate investment.
Throughout her career, Jacqueline has held senior leadership positions overseeing large-scale commercial real estate portfolios, directing third-party property management relationships, developing operating strategies, managing capital initiatives, and advancing asset performance.
Her experience includes industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use real estate, with particular expertise in institutional asset management practices, financial oversight, operational efficiency, vendor and contract management, risk mitigation, and long-term asset stewardship.
Having worked across both ownership and third-party management environments, she understands the importance of balancing investment objectives with the day-to-day operational requirements of real estate ownership.
Jacqueline established Richlen Management Group to provide property owners with experienced leadership, disciplined management, and a more engaged approach to protecting and enhancing their real estate investments.
